ProStats provides statistical consulting, data analysis, and related services. All services are provided based on the information and requirements supplied by the client. The scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon in a formal quotation or proposal before the commencement of any project.
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete data, project requirements, and any necessary background information. ProStats is not liable for inaccuracies in the final deliverables resulting from incomplete or erroneous data provided by the client.
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client data and project details. All information shared with us will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s express consent, except as required by law.
Upon full payment for the services, the client shall own the intellectual property rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We reserve the right to use the knowledge and non-confidential aspects of the project for our internal purposes and to showcase the work in our portfolio in a non-identifying manner, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The statistical advice and results are provided for informational purposes, and the client is responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on these results.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
